Call Executive | Lead Converter
Experience: 0-3 year/Fresher Weolcome
Now, we’re looking for someone who can take enquiries and turn conversations into conversions.
🎯 Role: Lead Conversion Executive / Call Executive You’ll be responsible for: 📞 Calling and following up with hotel leads 💬 Understanding guest requirements & handling queries 🤝 Building trust through effective communication 🔥 Converting enquiries into bookings 📋 Maintaining lead follow-ups and updating CRM/data 📈 Improving conversion through smart follow-up strategies 👤 We’re looking for someone who: • Has excellent Hindi & English communication skills • Is confident and persuasive on calls • Understands sales and customer psychology • Is consistent with follow-ups • Has a target-oriented mindset • Hospitality/travel sales experience is a plus • Freshers with strong communication & sales ability can also apply 💡 What matters to us We’re not just looking for someone who can make calls.
